The exercises are taking place under the auspices of the operational headquarters in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

On the city streets there may be an increase in the number of police squads, the movement of special equipment, and a massive gathering of law enforcement and security personnel. Residents of populated areas located in close proximity to anti-terrorist exercise sites may hear the sound of gunfire.

— These teachings do not pose any threat to the lives and property of citizens. We ask you to treat these events with understanding, remain calm and strictly follow the instructions of law enforcement officers,” explained the Russian Federal Security Service for the Arkhangelsk Region.
