Schoolchildren of all ages had to overcome a special obstacle course as part of mixed teams

According to the press service of the National Guard Directorate for the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the competition was dedicated to the heroes of a special military operation. The military-patriotic game took place in the vicinity of the village of Krasnoye.

“I would especially like to thank the Office of the Russian Guard, the veteran organization “Combat Brotherhood”, the Federation of Sports and Tactical Games, who responded to our call, for the organization and assistance in carrying out the event,” noted Marina Ledkova, chairman of the Nenets branch of the military-patriotic movement “Guards Shift”.

In addition to the basics of tactical medicine, boys and girls practiced radiation, chemical and biological protection skills on the ground. Schoolchildren in gas masks crossed a smoky section of the conventional infection zone. At another stage, accuracy was checked. The teams had to hit small targets using airsoft weapons.

“The children showed that they are truly young defenders, capable of defending their country from real and virtual enemies. That they can act as a team, as a unit. And even in life they will be able to provide assistance to loved ones or people who find themselves in difficult situations, as doctors, and as defenders,” said Pavel Surovtsev, Chairman of the Board of the Federation of Sports and Tactical Games of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

The chairman of the Veterans Council of the regional branch of the All-Russian public organization of law enforcement veterans in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Nikolai Kanev, acted as the chief judge. Together with military personnel and employees of the Russian Guard, the combat veteran assessed the speed and competence of the teams in passing the stages.

— I’m participating for the first time. The game was very interesting and fruitful. The weather was good, I only had time to run, I was interested. And the guys had fun. It seems to me that this is the most important thing that she passed at such a level. “Very cool and cool,” internationalist warrior Nikolai Kanev shared his impressions.
