International Youth Film Festival “WE” accepts applications from authors of Russian and foreign short films created after January 1, 2022

Participants in the film festival can be children from 12 to 17 years old and young people 18-35 years old.

Applications are accepted in the following categories:

• “Best fiction short film”
• “Best Documentary Short Film”
• “Best Acting”
• “Best Cinematography”
• “Hero of our time”.

Residents of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug are also invited to take part in World Youth Festival, which will take place from March 1 to March 7, 2024.
