South Korea will ban the sale, distribution and consumption of dog meat starting in 2027


In the 21st century, countries such as China, Vietnam and South Korea continue to trade dogs and cats for slaughter and subsequent consumption. This Tuesday the Korean Parliament approved its definitive ban, although we will have to wait until 2027 for the measure to come into force.
