EU leaders to call for ‘humanitarian pauses and corridors’ in Gaza

The heads of State and Government of the Twenty-seven have agreed this Thursday to ask “humanitarian pauses and corridors” to Israel and Hamas to allow delivery of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip and support the holding of a peace conference “soon”, as demanded by the President of the Government, Pedro S├ínchez.

European Union leaders call for “continued, rapid, secure, and unhindered humanitarian access and aid to reach those in need by all means necessary including humanitarian corridors and humanitarian needs breaks.”
