When submitting an application, you can choose the method of obtaining permission – in person, through a legal representative, or by mail, indicating the desired address. The progress of the provision of public services can be tracked in your personal account on the portal.

— On the State Services portal, without leaving your home, you can issue a permit for the extraction of hunting resources, with the exception of hunting resources located in specially protected natural areas of federal significance, as well as mammals and birds. This method of obtaining permits is especially relevant for hunters from rural settlements, explained the Department of Natural Resources, Ecology and Agro-Industrial Complex of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

As noted in the Department, to date, 1,134 permits have been issued to 959 local hunters and 175 hunting enthusiasts from other regions for the 2023–2024 fall-winter hunting season. At the same time, hunters received more than half – 760 permits from the total number through the State Services portal.
