A major renovation is being completed at the Lesozavodskaya Bathhouse; workers are laying tiles in the washroom. This was reported by the press service of the Naryan-Mar administration.

It is planned that the bathhouse will open on October 1.

Bathhouse overhaul has begun back on June 26th. But after opening the floor and inspecting the foundation, additional problems were discovered: a crack in the concrete support, erosion of the soil due to the fact that water partially went under the floor. Therefore, the repair period was extended.

“We made a decision: to do a major overhaul; it took more time and money than originally planned,” the mayor’s office clarified.

Next summer, KB and BO plans to replace the old furnace and roof.
