A resident of Naryanmar stole a bank card from a pensioner and spent the money on personal purchases

Now a resident of Naryan-Mar is awaiting trial. The man is accused of theft from a bank account causing significant damage to the victim (Clause “g”, Part 3, Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)

How reports press service of the prosecutor’s office of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, a Naryanmar resident stole the bank card of an acquaintance back in August, when he was drinking alcohol with him. The offender spent more than 27 thousand rubles on purchases in city stores.

Let us note that the accused had already been convicted, and the victim was an old-age pensioner and a disabled person of the first group.

Now the attacker will have to compensate for the damage – the prosecutor filed to protect the interests of the victim.

Now the criminal case has been sent for consideration to the Naryan-Mar City Court. For committing a crime, a city resident can face up to 6 years in prison.
