The Rite of Spring National Award is a youth cultural, educational and educational project aimed at expanding the creative range of groups and creating their own original works within the framework of selected dance styles.

At the correspondence stage, 20 teams were selected from all over the Northwestern Federal District. The head-to-head stage took place in the city of Svetlogorsk. The Nenets Autonomous Okrug was represented by the Liberty team.

Dancers from the Nenets Autonomous Okrug performed two numbers, “The Wisdom of Nature” and “The Red Thread.”

— The girls were very worried, the competition jury was very strict. The stage turned out to be much larger than ours at the Arktika cultural center. That’s why we had to redo the number a little. We were given only three minutes to rehearse, but everyone did it well. It’s great that we entered the top of the best of 20 teams from all over Russia. By the way, in our “Modern Dance” nomination, no one took a gold diploma,” Svetlana Ivina, choreographer of the Arktika Palace of Culture, told NAO24.

Now the exemplary modern dance studio Liberty is preparing for the Lesser Delphic Games in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
