According to the website ER.ru, United Russia launched the All-Russian competition for the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. It will last until November 25

Competition “30 years of the Russian Constitution – test yourself!” takes place online on the website constitution.er.ru. Anyone over 18 years old can take part in it.

— Participants will have to answer 10 questions about the basics of the Constitution. The system selects questions randomly, they are different each time. You have 10 minutes to complete the test. The winners will be determined from those who correctly answered all the questions in the shortest possible time. They will receive valuable prizes. And each participant who passes the test will receive an electronic certificate,” said the head of the Central Executive Committee of United Russia, Alexander Sidyakin, at a video conferencing meeting with regional branches of the party.

In addition, on the initiative of United Russia, more than 600 events dedicated to the Constitution will be held in the regions.

— These are quizzes, intellectual games, children’s drawing competitions, a series of thematic excursions, events at the headquarters of public support of United Russia. We also plan to conduct a series of lessons “Conversations about important things” for high school students, lectures for university students on the topic of the Constitution with the participation of deputies of all levels, heads of regions, secretaries of our regional departments, and lawyers. We will tell you about the Basic Law of the Russian Federation and its content in an interesting and accessible form. About what kind of relations the Constitution regulates, what the foundations of the constitutional system are, how the rights and freedoms of man and citizen are protected, what a federal structure is,” explained Alexander Sidyakin.

In turn, Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building Andrei Klishas noted that the United Russia project for the 30th anniversary of the Constitution has, first of all, educational significance.

— A large number of proposals for the preparation of constitutional amendments were received by the social block. They relate to various social guarantees: establishing a minimum wage not lower than the subsistence level, indexing pensions at least once a year, and compulsory social insurance. At the initiative of the President, the Government, and United Russia, a number of subsequent laws were adopted, but our citizens are far from aware of all of them. Therefore, an important task for the regional branches of the party will be to convey to people the content of the new social legislation so that they can take advantage of all support measures,” he said.

In conclusion, Alexander Sidyakin noted that the results of the online competition will be announced by November 30. The winners will be awarded in December.
