The Nenets Autonomous Okrug Karting Club cares about the ecology and beauty of the Arctic region. The adjacent territory of the institution, which is located in the village of Iskateley, was decorated with 75 pine trees

Trees were planted in a vacant lot next to the club. The event was attended by employees of three schools based here (karting, motocross and snowmobile), students and their parents, summer camp students and friends.

Each planted pine tree was named after one of the club’s students. Thus, each student had his own tree, which he would take care of.

– The landscaping and improvement of the adjacent territory of our club was carried out with a grant from oil workers. The environmental project “Green Life” became one of the winners of the LUKOIL Social and Cultural Projects Competition. The funds were used to purchase seedlings and seeding material for the lawn,” says Raisa Mashkova, director of the karting club. – We sincerely thank LUKOIL for their assistance in implementing such an important and useful initiative.
