The President of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sanchezhas considered that this Thursday is “a historic day” for the European Union because the European Council has decided the opening of accession negotiations for Ukraine and Moldova.

Sánchez, who participates in the summit of leaders that adopted this decision in Brusselshas expressed his satisfaction for her in a message on social networks.
