The UN International Court of Justice (ICJ) This Friday, he demanded that Israel “adopt immediate and effective measures” to allow humanitarian assistance access to Gaza and “punish” any incitement to genocide against Palestinian civilians, although He did not call for a ceasefire in the Strip.

In a session to announce provisional measures as part of a case brought by South Africa to curb the dire humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, the ICJ also called on Israel to “ensure with immediate effect that its military does not commit any act” prohibited by the Genocide Convention.
